Thoughts From 1889

Thoughts from 1889.  I was looking through my library for research material and came upon a book written by Henry Drummond in the 19th Century.  He was a well-known author at the time. Below are a two quotes from his book, long out of print.

“The first demand is that being conscious and having this power of choice, the mind should have an adequate knowledge of what it is to choose.”

“For all human growth, effort, and achievement, an ideal is acknowledged to be indispensible.”

Have a wonderfully successful day.  Jay
