“If anyone would tell you the shortest, surest way to happiness and all perfection, he must tell you to make it a rule to yourself to thank and praise God for everything that happens to you.  For it is certain that whatever seeming calamity happens to you, if you thank and praise God for it, you turn it into a blessing.”

“Anything that will enable us to express greater life, greater happiness, greater power–so long as it does not harm anyone–must be the Will of God for us.”

Concentration   Today’s Positive Thought is by Helen Keller.

To think clearly without hurry or concern;

To love everybody sincerely;

To act in everything with the highest motive;

To trust in God unhesitatingly.

“The person who limits his interests to the means of living without consideration of the content of meaning of his life is defeating God’s great purpose when he brought into existence a creature  with the intelligence and godlike powers that are found in man.”

Today

   Today, let us take time to offer a prayer for the four, including our Ambassador to Libya, who were killed at U.S. Embassy in LibyaIt is a sad and disturbing  that this event took place on Sept. 11To the Libyan people who helped lead our embassy workers to safety and those who were wounded in this rescue, my heartfelt thanks.

No matter what country we reside let us offer a prayer of protection for our fellow countrymen and women who are in service as diplomats and in the military.

We seek to achieve harmony between all people, nations and religious beliefs.  Hatred, anger, savage violence is not an answer but destroyers of what we call humanity.

As we encounter disharmony in life, let us be the bringer of  harmony and understanding to ourselves and our world.

May God Bless You with understanding, tolerance and above all, harmony with self and life.
