Today’s Positive Thought

Thinking   Today’s Positive Thought is by Charles Swindall from his work titled, “Attitude”.

“Thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for the day…I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.”

Gold Bars

Today’s Positive Thought is by Joseph Murphy.

“Your thoughts, mental imagery, beliefs, attitudes, and feelings are investments which you deposit in your subconscious mind.  Your subconscious gives compound interest, i.e., it magnifies whatever you deposit.  Impress your subconscious with love, faith, confidence, right action, guidance, abundance, security, and good humor, and whenever you need love, confidence, or an answer to a problem, your subconscious will supply you.  This is the way to dig treasures out of the gold mine within you.”

Treasure Chest 2

Today I want to share with you a few Proverbs.

This one concerns the power of our words, thoughts, and that we experience what we state as the truth of our being.

“A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruits of his mouth; and with the fruits of his lips shall he be filled.”

Ever notice how our attitude affects our well-being?

“A merry heart makes the body healthy; but a broken spirit dries up the bones.”

Wisdom and Understanding are keys to living a better life.

“Wisdom is the principal thing: therefore get wisdom; and with all your substance get understanding.”

“A wise man will listen and will increase learning: and a man of understanding shall attain to leadership.”

The above are from The Proverbs.

And new one: “Be careful what you wish for because you just may get it.”

Have a great day!

Today’s Positive Thought

Today’s Positive Thought is by Dr. Robert H. Bitzer.

An ancient teaching affirmed that our positive, constructive attitudes register in our consciousness as light.  The Infinite  recognizes us only as shining light.  Failure and negation are not recorded.

Only our sincerity and integrity, revealed as light, has any permanence.

We are accountable for our progress and what we do accomplish.

“Thou, God, seest me perfect.”  How do you see yourself…?

“It is not so much what you say but the mental attitude you have when you say it that counts.”

A Tuesday Thought

A Tuesday Thought concerns not limiting the way success and prosperity can enter into our lives.

At times life offers us new and unique opportunities to experience success and prosperity which is not necessarily the way we envision it entering our lives.  It is important for us to remain open-minded about these “new and unique ways.”  Who knows, you may change the direction you are going in and initiate/create something so unique and wonderful you end up being the newest mogul and originator of a product destined for greatness.

Along these lines I want to share with you a quote by Thomas Troward.

“We must not make ourselves dependent on any particular form of wealth, or insist on its coming to us through some particular channel.”

There are so many ways for us to achieve our goals; it is imperative to be flexible and open-minded as we travel the road of success.  When we put our creative power to work for us setting the wheels in motion, remember not to restrict the way our greater good can enter our lives.  Keep a guard at the doorway of your mind and monitor the thoughts, beliefs and attitudes you allow to enter into play.

Clearly the creative power within us is unlimited so why restrict or limit it; time to let it produce the results which will take us where we desire to go.  Identify with your end results, see it, claim it, and accept it as yours in the here and now.

Keep in mind…What you can conceive of, have a deep and abiding belief in, you can achieve.

Life is wonderful and so are you.
