Positive Attitudes With A Baking Twist

Dr. Jack Addington wrote on goal achievement; in this paragraph he writes about mental clutter.  Sometimes we need to clean our mental house of the clutter of negative and limited thoughts,  beliefs and concepts.

“The mental house in which we live is very much like our physical house.  It, too, becomes cluttered, cluttered with non-thinking clichés and prejudices.  Prejudice, as the word implies, means pre-judgement, prior judgements, rather than today’s judgement.  Often we let our mental house become a hodgepodge of limitations and negative patterns.  So, the first step in overcoming mental barriers is to et them out in the open and take a good look them.  We need to see them for what they are.”
