Positive Attitudes With A Baking Twist

What are you thinking right now?  Is it thinking that is building you up or dragging you down?

No matter what we are going for in life, personal or professional, it is important for us to keep our focus as much as possible on the positive and uplifting.  If we are in a not so great thought area, time to not only experience it for a few moments but to also realize it is merely a passing thought that can be changed for the better.  We are never without the option to change our thought pattern and alter our course for the better.  It may be rocky in the beginning but we have the inner fortitude to overcome that negativity and through the power of our thought and belief create a positive.  Never ever make yourself wrong or bad for having negative thoughts or beliefs…we all do.  To label it wrong /bad, then, that aura, also known as thought or mental atmosphere, of negativity stays with us and will take longer to evaporate from our presence and have a definite impact on how things will go in our life.  When we allow ourselves the opportunity to experience this negative and learn from it we have turned everything around in our life and can label this situation good and beneficial.  At that point we move toward our goal(s) with an assuredness which carries us onward, upward and forward without hesitation or doubt.

In our self-talk it is up to us to monitor what we are saying to ourselves.  It isn’t what we portray but what we inwardly believe about ourselves and our venture that sets the course and fills our ship’s sails to carry us to our destination.  We live in a world of thought; it is the invisible thought that gives life to the visible effects.  The Law Of Cause And Effect is always at work in our life.

When we understand that our mental/thought atmosphere attracts to us new opportunities accordingly, then, we shall understand the power within ourselves and the ability to draw success and opportunities from unexpected sources.

You are the power in your life.  Accept and use your power to create your life of wealth, prosperity and success.

  1. I needed to read this post. I’m having anxiety and then getting mad at myself for allowing my thought pattern to get me anxious. Basically what you’ve said here is not to have negative thoughts about my negative thoughts. Allow them to pass and then think a positive thought. So glad to have read your post here today.
