    I have been trying to live and breath this principle everyday. It can be hard to undo a lifetime of negative programming though. We seem to be able to think negatively so much easier than positively. Always working on it though 🙂

    • I understand exactly what you are saying. It is important to keep our focus on the positive and allow the least amount of impact of a negative. We have to catch ourselves, be more aware, when we have negative self-talk and correct it a.s.a.p. The old saying, keep a guard at the doorway of your thoughts, is true and important. Meditation helps quite a bit. Keep the positive flowing. Jay

        I am meditating daily (sometimes twice daily) and it does help 😀 Thanks

      • Meditation is great. There are times we need to meditate two or even three times a day to keep a positive focus and frame of mind. Meditation has been of great help to me before, during and especially after my experience last year. Have a wonderful day, Jay
